The only restaurant where you can enjoy Uruma Agu shabu-shabu.
This is the only shabu-shabu specialty restaurant where you can taste Okinawa's rare "Uruma Agu."
Uruma Agu is a special Agu pork raised on mozuku seaweed harvested in Uruma City as feed. With extremely limited numbers, it's also called "phantom pork."
Compared to regular pork, it has 1/4 the cholesterol, is rich in collagen, and contains three times the umami components. Even small portions provide great satisfaction, making it ideal for those concerned about beauty and health. You can enjoy the authentic deliciousness of Agu with Okinawan condiments that enhance its natural flavors, including "Yagaji Island salt," "Shuri Tamanaha miso," and "shikuwasa pepper," along with about 20 varieties of Okinawan island vegetables such as island carrots, island shallots, and green papaya.
We operate two locations: the Matsuyama main store and the Kokusai-dori store. Our signature premium shabu-shabu course (5,800 yen including tax) offers luxurious content from appetizers to the finishing jaga-men noodles and Okinawan ice cream, allowing you to fully savor Okinawan ingredients.
